The VALOR Remote Speaker Microphone from Klein Electronics has a frontal PTT button for ease of use and also works with gloves on.
The VALOR remotely controls PTT for the POC-oriented Sonim device with dual PTT options. The first is the large forward-facing PTT button that also acts as a speaker, while the second PTT button acts as the usual thumb PTT.
The RSM is encased in over-molded rubber for increased grip, even when wet.
